1. Introduction

Welcome to Afropets (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website, services, or products, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). These Terms govern your use of our services and your relationship with Afropets. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our services.

2. Services

Afropets provides pet grooming services (both in-store and mobile), pet products, and
related services. Availability of services is subject to confirmation, and we reserve the right to
refuse service at our discretion.

3. Bookings and Payments

  • Bookings may be made online, by phone, or in person. Users must provide accurate and complete information when making a booking.
  • Payments must be made in full in accordance with the selected service or product.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any booking in cases of incomplete or
    inaccurate information or for any other reasonable cause.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service.
  • Refunds will be processed in accordance with our service or product-specific refund policy.
  • We reserve the right to deny refunds if cancellation terms are not met or if services have already been rendered.

5. User Responsibilities

  • Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information for bookings and purchases.
  • Pets brought for grooming must be healthy, vaccinated, and non-aggressive.
    Afropets reserves the right to refuse service if a pet poses a risk to staff, other
    animals, or property.
  • Users must comply with all instructions provided by Afropets staff during service delivery.
6. Limitation of Liability
  • Afropets shall not be liable for any delays, interruptions, or failure to provide services due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather conditions, emergencies, or third-party actions.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Afropets shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
  • Our total liability, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the specific service in question.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, logos, trademarks, and intellectual property on our website and in our services are the exclusive property of Afropets and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written consent.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.

9. Amendments
Afropets reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
